This document contains 5,000 references to literature through 1976 dealing with various aspects of solar energy. Categories are established according to area of solar research. These categories include: (1) overview; (2) measurement; (3) low-range solar energy collection (below 120 degrees C); (4) intermediate-range solar energy collection (120 degrees C - 500 degrees C); (5) high-range solar energy collection (above 500 degrees C); and (6) photoelectrical processes. These six categories are further divided into 27 subcategories with literature references arranged chronologically within categories. The intent of the book is to provide a readily accessible listing of solar energy source materials covering a wide variety of sectors of the solar energy field. (RE)
