Resource Issues: A Case Study from New Orleans.
Garvin, James R.; Young, Alma H.
Journal of Education Policy, v8 n5-6 p93-106 Sep-Dec 1993

This article shows how a New Orleans full-services school pilot project successfully garnered funding from the city, block grants, and Toyota Motor Corporation. (26 references) (MLH)
