P.E.O.P.L.E. 32: B.C. College Region Population Projections
Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development
Each year BC Stats, Ministry of Labour and Citizens' Services, projects the population of British Columbia (BC) and its regions. These projections are based on assumptions about future fertility, mortality and migration levels. Assumptions are derived from demographic trends modified to include potential impacts of future economic factors. The latest projection cycle is known as P.E.O.P.L.E. 32 (Population Extrapolation for Organizational Planning with Less Error); the projection period is from 2007 through 2036. This report presents P.E.O.P.L.E. 32 population forecast by the 15 college regions, using unlabeled charts and tables. (Contains 1 table and 2 footnotes.)
