These guidelines were compiled to provide a model for integrating the services of the podiatrist into the health program of the school. The guidelines are intended to enable the podiatrist to supplement or complement the services of other medical specialists involved in the school health program. The scope of the guidelines encompasses the complete range of potential activities of the podiatrist in the school. (Author)
