Graduate Training Program in Ocean Engineering. Final Report.

Activities during the first three years of New York University's Ocean Engineering Program are described including the development of new courses and summaries of graduate research projects. This interdepartmental program at the master's level includes aeronautics, chemical engineering, metallurgy, and physical oceanography. Eleven courses were developed to supplement courses already in existence and germane to ocean engineering. There were 204 student registrations in these courses, and 14 seed research projects were initiated. (NTIS)
