A four-phase project in Saskatoon Catholic Schools (Saskatchewan) provides a model for teacher instructional leadership and evidence of the effectiveness of teacher-led curriculum implementation. Project phases were staff development, curriculum implementation, materials selection, and curriculum maintenance. Teacher leadership was supported by positive human relationships, budgetary responsibility, and professional-support services. (CDS)
