This guide to the Internet is designed to give Latinas basic information on computers and the information superhighway. Written in both Spanish and English, the guide begins by defining the Internet and making some suggestions about acquiring access to a computer. Among the topics discussed are how to choose an Internet service provider, how to use a Web browser, and how to use a search engine. Also reviewed are where to find help and training, and how to solve problems that may come up. Some common computer terms are defined. (SLD)
