This report presents required state and federal information and administrative and procedural information related to Kansas school food service programs. These programs include the National School Lunch Program, the School Breakfast Program, the Child Care Food Program, the Special Milk Program, and the Nutrition Education Program, and training for food service personnel. The 1977 programs are evaluated, and projections are made for the fiscal year 1979 programs. One chapter explains each component of the program, including requirements and procedures for fulfilling them. Overall program evaluation and needs assessment are discussed. (JM)
