Employment Interview Perceptions of Persons with Visible Disabilities.

This study examined the opinions of 46 persons with visible disabilities regarding how they approach the job application and interviewing process. Findings indicated that over 80% usually revealed information about their disabilities in their application and that 92% revealed disability information in the interview most of the time. (Author/DB)
