This report contains statistical data on all the secondary schools and programs in the Portland (Oregon) Public School District to provide comparable background information. Part I compares the 10 major high schools for the following selected variables: (1) enrollment, including current, projected, and optimum figures; (2) minority enrollment; (3) residency and registration; (4) previous school of ninth graders; (5) instructional cost per pupil; (6) operating costs; (7) building and land values; (8) graduation ratio; (9) surveyed post-high school plans; (10) early leaver rate; (11) stability index/late enrollee ratio; and (12) District Average Graduation Standards Progress Report. Part II is organized by school to include comprehensive data on each one in the following areas: (1) physical facility; (2) enrollment; (3) program; and (4) performance. Part III offers more limited data for the District's special schools and programs. (LHW)
