The 442 annotated citations are arranged by seven major subject areas: (1) Bible, (2) Old Testament, (3) New Testament and Jesus, (4) Christianity, (5) Judaism, (6) Religions, and (7) Holidays. Each section is subdivided. Books with imprints of 1980 forward are listed. The guide includes material for children from preschool age through sixth grade. Citations provide bibliographic information, price, Dewey numbers and subject headings, brief annotations, and the age range for which the book is recommended.
