Impact of School Technology on Student Achievement

This study provides an overview of the impact of school technology on elementary students in grades three through five attending public schools in Indiana. The investigation focused on the impact of various technologies on student achievement as measured on Indiana Statewide Testing for Educational Progress-Plus (ISTEP+). Various comparisons were made through the research: *Comparisons between urban, suburban, and rural schools. *Comparisons between small, medium, and large schools. *Comparisons between affluent and poor schools. In addition, the impact of the frequency and duration of the use of each educational technology in each of the before mentioned settings was studied.
