This article presents the story of one university's reflecting on sustainability. It is the story of Griffith University in Australia and the process of review that identified the focus on sustainability within teaching, research, operational practices, community service, and institutional leadership. The review makes use of the "Association of University Leaders for a Sustainable Future" developed Sustainability Assessment Questionnaire. The outcomes of this review agreed to by university management and the university's governing council are an example of a further step towards institutionalizing sustainability within this university.
