Teachers' Perceptions of Leadership Effectiveness Based on Gender
Alagbada-Ekekhomen, Gloria O.
ProQuest LLC, Ph.D. Dissertation, Capella University
This research examined teachers' perceptions of effective leadership skills and any significant differences of teachers' views of an administrator's success based on the leader's gender. A review of studies examining differences in the leadership behaviors of men and women did not provide conclusive results. The three hypotheses based on the independent variables of gender, age and teaching experience were not significant.
