Designed for use in grades 6, 7, and 8, this curriculum guide provides 11 individual units for teaching Kentucky history and geography with the recommended text "Kentucky Heritage" published by Steck-Vaughn. Each unit contains an outline of objectives, procedures, and activities, instructional materials suitable for duplication, tests, answer keys, and a bibliography of relevant books, films, and filmstrips.
