This study investigated job satisfaction of unionized and nonunionized office workers and determined whether there were significant relationships between job satisfaction of office workers and selected employee personal and job characteristics. Data revealed that unionized office workers perceived themselves to be significantly more satisfied with compensation and working conditions than nonunionized office workers. (Author/CT)
