This is one of a series of units for environmental education developed by the Highline Public Schools. The unit may be used as an introduction to the study of anthropology, the influence of ecology on the study of anthropology, and an introduction to the physical school environment. For best results, it should be used at the beginning of the school year. Lesson No. 1 can be completed by any teacher at any schools. Lessons No. 2 and 3 will have to be modified to fit your particular school surroundings, but all notes, preparations, and test patterns can be followed as they are included here by substituting your school map and particular school information.
