Patrick Larkin discusses what else a principal must invest time and resources in for tech initiatives to be successful. Michael King believes that a principal must have a thorough understanding of instructional practices and how effective practices promote student-centered learning. Eric Sheninger explains that mobile devices become a distraction when one treats them as such. As leaders they should instead be treating them as mobile learning devices and not only educating but also empowering their students to uses them as tools for learning.
