Leadership is a subject that is as old as the history of humans, and it still continues its currency. Rapid changes in social structure have affected educational systems and the roles and behaviors of those who are managing these systems. School administrators need to have international supervision in today's global system. The intensive use of information technologies will increase the importance of intellectual capital in the future. To cope with the changing environmental and organizational conditions and problems, leaders have to orient business administrators by having a role as an entrepreneur, source distributor, policymaker, guide, and chief supporter. In this research, the concept of transformational leadership was studied in primary schools to adapt the organizations in which administrators of previous years have been responsible for changing the environmental conditions thereof. Transformational leadership is considered the opposite of transactional leadership, which is thought of as being conservative, having a narrow horizon, accepting central control, directing with rules and instructions, and inclining to protect the status quo, and it has an important role in developing the organization.
