The guide contains a list of objectives (e.g., describe seven effects of hunger on humans), suggested activities for instructor and student, and instructional materials (information sheets, e.g., terms and definitions; influences on the world food situation), transparency masters (e.g., food supply-demand balance), assignment sheets (e.g., nutritional deficiencies and diseases), tests (matching and essay), and answer key.
