A study investigated use of practitioner directed inquiry (PDI) by 45 different practitioners who designed, implemented, and evaluated solutions to educational issues affecting the inclusion of students with disabilities. Results indicate positive changes in attitudes and knowledge about inclusive practices and students with disabilities, instructional practices, relationships with colleagues, and student supports and learning.
