Included are the following: (1) monthly expense charts with categories matching Schedule C; (2) attendance and payment log; (3) payment and income record; (4) child and adult care food program; (5) depreciation worksheet; (6) house expenses worksheet; (7) income tax worksheet; (8) waiting list; (9) emergency drill record; (10) emergency phone numbers; (11) mileage record; and (12) hours open. On each monthly calendar are recorded holidays and due dates for taxes. Also included for each month are suggested activities to fit the theme of the month, recipes and menu suggestions, business suggestions, nutrition notes, and suggested resources. (KB)
