Getting It Done: The Youth Corps Exchange Project. Proceedings of the 1985 Workshops.

These proceedings contain summaries of presentations given at six workshops held in various locations in the United States and Canada from April through September 1985. The workshop topics represent areas of concern identified by youth corps staff responding to a needs assessment survey conducted in 1985. Topics are: (1) Work Project Development and Implementation; (2) Administrative Issues; (3) Youth Development; (4) Job Development; (5) Starting a Corps; and (6) Staff Development.
