Complex Development Report: Moanalua High School.
Anbe, Aruga and Ishizu, Architects, Inc., Honolulu, HI.
This report documents the planning process and the decisions involved in master planning a proposed Honolulu high school, and it provides guidance for the implementation of those increments remaining after phase one of the first increment had been completed in September 1972. Phase two of the first increment and the second increment are now under design. Plans for ten increments are included. The latest time schedule listed is the seventh increment, which design is to be started in August 1977 and the construction completed in August 1979. Included in the report are one-line diagrams for all classroom buildings; ultimate civil (grading, drainage, sewer, water, and gas) and electrical (power and communications) plans; incremental construction plans based on the development schedule; estimation of capital costs for each increment; and a budgetary program to implement the plan. (Maps and blueprints on pages 4, 21-22, 31-33, 62-65, 68, 73, 76, 82, 85, 91-92, and 94-96 may reproduce poorly.) (Author/MLF)
