Describes a University of Texas at Austin program that pairs students who are literate in instructional and computer skills with faculty members to develop innovative instructional technology materials. The program creates a pool of skilled students who work with faculty from a range of disciplines. Strategies used to establish the program and lessons learned from it are outlined. (MSE)
