Suggests that existential concepts can be useful in group therapy with exiting Christian Fundamentalists. Defines fundamentalism and discusses the human dilemma from the existential perspective. Proposes ways of applying existential principles as an alternative to fundamentalist interpretations of being, anxiety, crisis, and freedom and responsibility in working with ex-fundamentalists.
