Investigated whether a meaningful relationship existed between an attitudinal measure of career maturity and a measure of career maturity reflecting job performance-related behavioral competencies in African-American high school students (n=74). Only modest relationships were found between several career maturity attitudes and behavioral measures. (Author/ABL)
