ABO/Rh Blood-Typing Model: A Problem-Solving Activity
Wake, Carol
American Biology Teacher, v67 n3 p158 Mar 2005
An ARO/Rh Blood-Typing kit useful for students to visualize blood-typing activities and practice problem-solving skills with transfusion reactions is presented. The model also enables students to identify relationships between A, B, and Rh antigens and antibodies in blood and to understand molecular mechanisms involved in transfusion agglutination reactions.
