"Zero to Three" is a single-focus bulletin of the National Center for Infants, Toddlers, and Families providing insight from multiple disciplines on the development of infants, toddlers, and their families. Responding to family needs in the wake of September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, this issue focuses on infants, toddlers, and terror. Articles contributed by "Zero to Three" board members, staff, and long-term supporters in the philanthropic community document responses to needs of the infants/family field. The final section of this issue, titled"Voices from the Infant/Family Community," recounts observations from "Zero to Three" readers as events of September 11 affected the children and families they serve.
