Considers ethical obligations of counselors to their clients and to third parties in cases where counselors learn that their sexually active clients carry Human Immunodeficiency Virus. Applies ethical theory to limits of confidentiality in cases where sexually active client has Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome.
