Supporting performance objective 13 of the V-TECS (Vocational-Technical Education Consortium of States) Secretarial Catalog, both a set of student materials and an instructor's manual on preparing employer's business expense statements are included in this packet. (The packet is the fourth in a set of four on coordinating and performing activities for employers--CE 016 977-980.) The student materials include source documents of travel expenses and travel advances needed to complete expense reports and prepare a business expense statement. The instructor's final checklist is also included. The instructor's manual includes instructions for the teacher and answer keys to the check-out activities. The materials are designed for self-paced individual instruction and may be adapted for use with large groups.
