This collection presents papers pertaining to the wide area of educational multimedia/hypermedia and telecommunications. The conference serves as a forum for the dissemination of information on the research, development, and applications in all areas of multimedia/hypermedia and telecommunications in education across all disciplines and levels. The papers cover a range of topics, including specific uses of several different technologies in distance and on-site education; design and implementation; and program and software evaluation.
