The study material includes 1) a review of selected literature; 2) dialogues on grouping children; 3) an audio-tape, "The Individualization of Instruction: Pupil Grouping Practices," by Robert H. Anderson; 4) a film, "How Can You Apply Team Teaching and Nongrading to Your School System?" with a lecture by Madeline Hunter; 5) two articles: "New Uses of Class Size" by Dorothy Westby-Gibson, and "Can Large Group Instruction Provide for Individual Differences?" by Richard C. Wallace, Jr.; and 6) mastery tests for the study material. Additional material includes individual and group activities in connection with a filmstrip, "Grouping Students to Learn."
