Career Psychology in South Africa: Addressing and Redressing Social Justice
Watson, Mark
Australian Journal of Career Development, v19 n1 p24-29 Aut 2010
This paper explores the definition of social justice in career psychology and how this might be understood in the South African context. In particular, macro-contextual factors that define social justice issues in South African career psychology are described. The extent to which the discipline of career psychology in South Africa has addressed and redressed these issues is examined. Suggestions are provided for the future redress of social justice issues within South African career psychology.
