Fike, author of a study on homelessness in southern Florida; Evelina Bestman, Executive Director for the New Horizons Mental Health and Community Center; Willy Harris, homeless person; Bennie Moore, member of the New Horizons staff; Janet Humphries, program specialist for the adult homeless of the Department of Education; and Dr. Melcher and Dr. Gonzalez, mental health experts. Questions from audience participants and answers to them also are recorded.
