This article presents a snapshot of major happenings at some colleges and universities in Ohio. Ohio universities build on a tradition of inclusion. The Buckeye State has a rich tradition of progressive higher education institutions, many of which were among the first in the nation to offer degrees to women and people of color. Antioch College, Yellow Springs, University of Toledo, Toledo, and Kent State University, Kent, are featured.
