Some Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Development of Ideology and Morality among Minors

This article raises several opinions to thoroughly carry the spirit of the Sixteenth Party Congress, adapt to the requirements of the new situation and tasks, completely raise the ideological and moral quality of minors, and further strengthen and improve the development of ideology and morality among minors. Strengthening and improving the development of ideology and morality among minors is the shared duty of the entire Party and all of society. All relevant organizations and sectors of society should vigorously promote the spirit of truth-seeking and pragmatism, take effective measures on the basis of their own duties and responsibilities, focus on implementation, dare to explore and innovate, pay attention to working effectiveness, and conscientiously turn into reality each task in the strengthening and improvement of the development of ideology and morality among minors. This article also presents the guiding ideology, basic principles, and primary tasks for strengthening and improving the development of ideology and morality among minors.It also considers the important roles of the communist youth league and young pioneers in the development of ideology and morality among minors, as well as conducting a wide range of moral practice activities for minors.
