The study of Islamic management is still very rare and no study has yet been made on how Islam views the concept of learning organisation. Learning organisation is considered an ideal model of organisation and it is important to view the concept from other cultures and perspectives. The purpose of this paper is to explore one of the popular ideas in learning organisation which was popularised by Peter M. Senge termed as The Fifth Discipline from Islamic perspective. Considering the scarcity of references in Islamic management literatures, the analysis mainly refers to the Qur'an, the Muslim holy book. This paper attempts to discover the concept of learning organisation that suit the environment of Muslim community with the hope to widen the research on Islamic management. It is found that some of Senge's ideas are in accordance with Islam and the idea can be adopted in Muslim society with few adjustments. (Contains 2 notes.)
