The purpose of the 10-day Conference on Current Problems in College Administration were: (1) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative services of Saint Joseph College; (2) to identify the principal areas toward which the College should direct future efforts for improvement; (3) to place the administrative staff in contact with outstanding scholars and research persons in the various administrative areas; and (4) to evaluate the long-range development plan of the College.
