Obanya); "Theme I: Vocational Education--Priorities and Strategies" (summary of panel discussion by Randal L. Peteni, Lloyd G. Mothusi, and W. Chimazi Munthali); "Theme II: The Evolving Role of Teacher Organizations" (introductory statements by panelists--Thomas A. Bediako, Albert W. Chibale, and Leonard M. Nkala); Conclusions for Theme I and Theme II; and "Farewell Address." Country reports for Themes I and II are provided for Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
