As a result of a survey of 580 top human services organization executives in six New York State metropolitan areas, it is recommended that agency management personnel improve the breadth and depth of their management, leadership, and administrative skills. Few major curriculum changes were recommended, and time and financial constraints were seen as the major obstacles to obtaining further training. (MSE)
