This is a quick guide for choosing a chemical to use to control a certain pest on a specific crop. Information in the book was obtained from manufacturers' labels and from the USDA and FDA pesticide summary. The book is divided into four parts: (1) insecticides, (2) herbicides, (3) fungicides, and (4) conversion tables. Each of the first three parts lists the chemicals according to the crop they are used on. Then the chemicals are listed alphabetically, giving the manufacturer and showing which pests each one will control. The fourth part of the book gives methods for sprayer calibration, useful measurements, and conversion tables. (BB)
