Changes in Job Decision Latitude: The Influence of Personality and Interpersonal Satisfaction.
Fried, Yitzhak; Hollenbeck, John R.; Slowik, Linda H.; Tiegs, Robert B.; Ben-David, Haim Ailan
Journal of Vocational Behavior, v54 n2 p233-43 Apr 1999
