Described is an integrated psycho-educational program center (IPEC) designed to develop an administrative construct for an integrated educational program to provide maximum possible neuropsychoeducational services in the regular classroom for all children identified as exceptional and to provide strategies for developing skills among regular class teachers and special educators within the mainstream of school life.
