Improving Teachers' Teaching with Communication Technology

With the growing needs to address the challenges that new teachers face and the popularity of social networking technology, this study explores how to increase the effectives of teaching through the use of such technology, and how the technology may serve to promote collaboration and open new resources of support in public education. In this article, a definition of social networking technology will be provided. A review of literature will also be presented. Significance of this study will be addressed. Research questions, methodology, and discussion will also be provided. Finally, suggestions and a conclusion will be made. (Contains 1 figure.)
