These proceedings were published to interpret and disseminate research findings to operational personnel working with juvenile repeat offenders; to share information among researchers and practitioners regarding prevention, intervention, and treatment program models and strategies for juvenile repeat offenders; to explore the impact of juvenile repeat offenders on the juvenile system; and to explore ethical and operational issues associated with juvenile repeat offenders.
