This publication is a World Health Organization (WHO) document. The first part contains the proceedings of the 10th Round Table Conference of the Council of International Organizations of Medical Sciences (CIOMS), held in Germany in July 1976, to examine the potential contribution and limitations of medical education in meeting the needs of community health services.
