Bruce Chaloux is director of Student Access Programs and Services at the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) in Atlanta, Georgia. He founded and directs the sixteen-state Electronic Campus initiative of the SREB, and he also directs the Distance Learning Policy Laboratory, which addresses policy "barriers" in distance learning. Chaloux was also selected as president of the board of directors of the Sloan Consortium. In this interview, Chaloux talks about online learning, SREB, and his involvement with Sloan-C.
