Describes the evolution of the art therapy process at a U.S. six-week day camp for Russian children from orphanages. Art therapy helped address anxiety-provoking issues that the children faced. This paper explores cross-cultural issues, and the attachment disorder and PTSD symptoms that emerged, and demonstrates the importance of art as a healing agent. (Contains 13 references.) (GCP)
