The course described in this pamphlet completes the theory of black and white television and introduces the student to basic color. Course content includes goals, specific block objectives, the cathode-ray tube (electrostatic and electromagnetic control), video IF amplifiers and detectors, sound IF amplifiers and audio detectors, colorimetry, requirements of the composite color signal, and color picture signal.
